What are your favourite vegan recipes??

I make these fajitas with Vegan Mayo. Everyone seems to like them.

Vegan banoffee. Digestives biscuits crushed and set with melted vegan butter (we use vitalite). Cover with slices of banana.Boil a can of condensed coconut or oat milk for 5 or 6 hours, make sure to keep the can covered-i do it overnight on high in the slow cooker. Spread on top of the banana. Whip up some flora vegan whipping cream and cover etc voila!! Deliciousness that noone can resist..and noone can tell it's vegan either!

Love this banana bread and make it all the time, even non vegan kids who cry at vegan stuff are non the wiser and love this 😁
