Really confused about what oils to use for cooking at high heat..I've use olive oil which got very smoky and smelt awful .. I read about cooking at high smoke point with some oils can be carcinogenic?
I've recently been using rapeseed oil but now I've read that can be carcinogenic too!?
I stopped using sunflower oil years ago thinking that was bad?
So what oils are safe to use at a high smoke point?

Sunflower. Why do you think it's bad?

Rapeseed oil is fine op.

Coconut oil is the best for tofu!
