Any vegans doing Zoe?

I am very interested in the Zoe program and I would like to try it but I wonder how it fits in with being vegan? I have listened to Tim Spector on podcasts and he talks about having Greek yogurt and kefir, neither of which I would eat. I guess a lot of vegan versions of yogurt would be classed as ultra processed?
Has anyone who is vegan signed up for it?

I’m not vegan, but since starting Zoe I now eat an awful lot more vegan meals - lots of pulses, legumes and nuts. It’s very focussed on plants and you choose your own meals, you’re not told what to eat.
I think you’d be fine.

For the glucose monitoring you are required to eat non-vegan muffins.

Thank you! I didn’t realise the muffins were not vegan.

UPDATE, quoted from Zoe:
"As of September 2023, we have reformulated our previous muffin test meal into a cookie form that is now suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
They are also free of all major allergens and alcohol but have been made in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and eggs.
The cookies are not certified gluten-free or kosher."

Is it a diet or something

I would love to do Zoe , but I am in Australia and they are not doing it here 😡

I’ve done Zoe . I’m not convinced myself. I eat lots of different kind of veg but my body hates plant protein. Does much better with meat . I have just bought there cook book . Not impressed at all .
