Did anyone know Oxo now have vegan chicken and beef stock cubes? I’m going to sound like an Oxo rep (I am not) but I have been som impressed with these that I don’t want them to disappear into oblivion like many veggie products do, so I am sharing the news. I made an proper onion soup tonight with the vegan beef stock cubes and it was amazing. It is really nice making the types of dishes that would normally use chicken or beef stock with something that actually tastes like those - rather than the herby flavour of vegetable stock cubes that often lacks the right depth. If you like cooking, are vegan or vegetarian, or have a vegan/veggie partner - highly recommend.
