that covers as many of the essential nutrients as possible:

some don't seem to have phosphorus in for example or are low in calcium or manganese or magnesium or vitamin k...

it'd be great if one had omega 3 in it as well but i suppose i can get that elsewhere...

Do they necessarily have to be dietary supplements? There are a few good
vegan foods high in omega-3 like flaxseeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds and waltnus. Vegan EPA and DHA can be derived from algae, which is where fish obtain these fatty acids in the first place.

I think you mean vitamin K2. It is primarily found in animal-based foods and fermented products. However, there are vegan sources of vitamin K2 as well. Natto, a fermented soybean product, is known to be a rich source of vitamin K2.

Fortunately, a well-planned vegan diet can provide sufficient amounts of phosphorus, calcium, manganese and magnesium. But B12 supplementation is essential in a vegan diet to ensure an adequate intake.

I take the veg 1 from the vegan society but try to get good food sources of vitamins and minerals and eat fortified foods too.

I’ve never heard of one with omegas in I always take that separately as think it needs to be in a different format (oil/ capsule filler with oil).
