For my child’s birthday party - quite a few vegan guests. I have a recipe for vegan lemon curd and thought maybe that would mix with a cream cheese alternative to make a nice frosting? Anyone got a tried and tested recipe that sounds similar?
I’m a reasonable baker when I use eggs and butter but have made some reeeally disappointing vegan cakes before.
