I'm making a steak and ale pie for family next weekend. We have a vegan guest joining us (who is ok with others eating meat around him)
I'll be doing roast potatoes, various veg (probably carrots, swede, broccoli but can work veg choice around the pie fillings) plus gravy (what a revelation that beef Bisto is in fact vegan!)
Can you help me with links to lovely vegan pie recipes please? Yes I know I can Google but prefer tried and tested.
