I'm posting here as I'm guessing (hoping) that you will have the most imaginative recipes for these.
I've been given a 5kg bag ordered in error by elderly relative. Obviously I can use it to make broths, and I used some last night in place of green lentils in a cottage pie, but I'm hoping for genius new ideas and flavours to try please.
It's a mix of Pearl barley, spelt, peas, red lentils, yellow split peas and a couple of other I couldn't recognise.
