Do you have a favourite high protein recipe?

Like many, I'll be restarting my healthy eating plans from Monday.
I try to eat as much whole food as possible and lots of protein but the same old recipes are getting boring!
What's your favourite?

I'm rather keen on this - very quick and easy for a week night dinner:

I love peanut stew/soup - there's a zoom cookery class coming up later in January with an amazing woman (I've done her classes before in person and on zoom) - madeinhackney.org/whats-on/event/veganuary-african-calabash-bowl

This seems to be a pork recipe! Maybe I need to clarify that I mean vegan/easy to make vegan recipes!

I don't know how you feel about dried soy mince (or TVP) , but that's relatively cheap, high protein and works excellently in chilli. I rehydrate it first in vegan 'beef' stock but you can use veg stock. If you add a couple of tins of different beans (I like haricot and black beans best) you up the protein content further. It's one of those recipes that's different every time - the base of garlic and onions is always the same, and there's always tinned tomatoes and tomato puree, then flavourings like liquid smoke, marmite, miso, vegan worcester sauce etc.

I just serve it with rice, home made salsa and home made guac (which is really just a couple of avocados mashed up with salt, pepper and lime)

Any dal is going to be high protein - I make a lot of those, with rice and/or flatbreads. Also puy lentils make an excellent ragu which you can tweak the aromatics and herbs/spices for lasagne, baked rigatoni, moussaka etc.

I also make cottage pie with a lentil base, and do a mix of celeriac, swede and potato for the mash.

Satay stir fry is a great idea!
And Zara you've inspired me! I'm going to get cooking tonight. Chilli is a good idea because I can batch cook.
