What are you having for your Xmas dinner

I’m undecided. Last year we had quorn vegan fillets, Linda’s sausages and sainsburys vegan pigs in blankets with all the veg ect. What are you having for your vegan Xmas dinner this year?

A nut roast the middle of it contains mashed parsnip, roast potatoes, sprouts, carrots, green beans, roast parsnips and red cabbage, gravy.

Puff pastry mushroom Wellington. Delicious! Then with all the traditional roast sides (not all family is vegan / vegetarian).
