Making curry tonight and have some leftover pizza dough - would it work as flatbread?

So I'm making a vegan curry, and have some pizza dough in the fridge. I've not tried using pizza dough as flatbread with curry, but think it would work. Anyone tried this? Would u brush olive oil and garlic on top?

Yes I would add some garlic and onion granules and some sunflower spread and bake.

I make pitta breads on the hob in a dry frying pan, medium hot heat, and have found that I prefer them to ones I’ve tried making in the oven. Just try any white bread recipe, make into rolls, then roll them out into pitta bread shapes, quite thin.
