Tofu hater, in all forms (well not the silken in a mousse) but just can't find a recipe that is nice, I don't like the texture or the taste. I've struggled to eat it for eight years so calling it a day and going to try tempeh.
I got a block of frozen tempeh and it's sitting the freezer while I search for inspiration. I've seen loads of recipes but would love to know if anyone eats it, what does in taste like in comparison to tempeh and what do you make with it?
