Can you freeze M&S Plant Kitchen meals even though it says not to?

Grabbed a couple of yellow stickered M&S Plant Kitchen meals earlier, thought they'd be handy to stick in the freezer for when I can't be arsed emergencies.

Now realise it says not suitable for freezing on the back 🙄. Am I right in thinking this is likely for quality reasons and they simply won't be as nice defrosted, or is there some sort of food safety reason that makes them un-freezable that I haven't thought of? I can cope with the former.

They won't be dangerous. Probably just mushy.

Excellent. Thank you @Doyoumind, in the freezer they go!
