I’m struggling to eat a healthy diet ,
What’s the best vitamin on the market for vegans
Ideally I’d like a liquid or gummy ...but I expect I’m dreaming about that
Feeling a bit crap ,so hoping some vitamins will help

Why are you struggling? Are there too many foods you dislike or are you stuck for ideas?

The one vitamin that isn't available naturally on a vegan diet is B12, so I suggest you buy thst one first. Holland and Barratt is a good place to find them.

Family won’t try different foods
I’ve 7 people to cook for
3 vegans
1 meat eater
2 vegetarians that literally only eat pizza
Plus me
The oven is not that big / I cook all their meals then have a sandwich myself.
I find it stressful cooking so many meals
I’m usually doing them a cooked lunch and dinner
2 have autism and are very restricted

VEG 1 is good and affordable. Can get it from the vegan society.

Actikid magic beans are like jelly beans.

Okay. Pizza for the pizza eaters, and then just one dish for everybody else. Do a veggie stir fry or veggies and rice and the meat eater can have meat on the side. For your picky eaters do everything deconstructed. You can use muffin tins. Put each ingredient in each separate portion. This is what I do for my autistic child to eat well. I don’t eat meat but one son and my husband do so I just make one meal for everybody (otherwise I am too tired to eat myself!) extra veggies and fruits for the non meat eaters of course.

I don’t know if Vegums are any good but they seem to be advertised all over Facebook.
