What differences to your health or the way you feel did you experience after going Vegan?

I found a great difference in that sniffy\runny nose, choking cough thing. I don't get what most people would call hay fever symptoms from dust or cats any more. ALSO the Teresa May bags under my eyes become much smaller!!

That's great to hear. Did you feel more lethargic? Or do you have more energy?

I only feel lethargic (exhausted) if I eat normal wheat bread, I try to avoid any wheat product and feel much more energetic when I do!

I felt a lot more energetic and generally healthier all round. I lost a bit of excess weight too (though breastfeeding and not eating All Of The Cheese were big factors in that!)
I was a vegetarian and had to stop having egg and milk for DD and her allergies, I will definitely be limiting how much dairy I have in future once in not feeding her anymore.

I lost nearly a stone without trying and felt more energetic while on a WFPB diet. I actually went running. Voluntarily.

Less energetic now that the junk food has crept back in, but not as wiped out as I felt on a standard omni diet.
