I saw this in the bookshop yesterday, and was very tempted. It seemed to have interesting but achievable recipes, great meal planners and essential ideas (nut milks, toppings, etc.). I just wanted to see what you guys though ... has anyone got this, considered getting it?
For ‘full disclosure’ I occasionally eat dairy although most of my food is vegan, my family eats what I prepare so are mostly vegetarian by default (which they’re happy with). I’m tempted by the meal planning and inspiration the book seemed to offer.
