Hi everyone, I've been asked to do an engagement cake for a vegan couple next month. I can bake a mean cake but I've never made a vegan one before and really want to impress them! Thanks in advance Grin

Bit late but I only use this recipe now, I change it for biscoff cake/coconut cake etc in stead of chocolate.
[http://www.flora.com/recipes/detail/99904/1/vegan-chocolate-cake] . It's easy and everyone loves it.
