I'd love to know this too! Its a great looking book

Yes it is! It's brilliant, we use it all the time and have not tried a bad meal yet! I'd definitely recommend it Smile

Me! I’ve tried the chilli and the spaghetti bolognaise. Both involve large quantities of mushrooms pulsed to a paste but the end result was surprisingly good. Also made the chocolate cake which was hideous. Next up is the curry except I have no idea what coconut yoghurt is. Trying to embrace my vegan inner as I’m a meat eater currently but I think I could be converted.

Lottie coconut yogurt (brand called Koko) is available in big tubs at Tesco. Usually with all the alpro ones. It's lush.

sausage we've tried nice spice rice, crispy chilli tofu, jackfruit tacos, irresistible risotto, sag aloo curry, mushroom Wellington (we had this for Christmas dinner 😋 ) there are loads more I can't wait to try. It's the only cookbook we use really.
