I’ve been trying every bloomin’ milk sub in the supermarkets to no avail. They’re either too thin, too sweet or tastes of something.

I tried cashew after a recommendation and it’s brill! I love it. It’s even okay in tea and coffee Grin

I feel like I’ve found the holy grail 😂

This was me when I found Almond milk.
Specifically Almond Breeze.

Has made such a difference to my life!!

Hooray for you 👏🏻👏🏻

Ooo, yes, I’ve also found chocolate milk (vegan) which you can heat to make hot chocolate. My life is complete 😂

I’ll look out for almond milk too.

I love discovering a product which makes the veganism a bit easier to cope with.

I love unsweetened Almond milk, but it seems very expensive

20lbsToLose · 12/10/2017 11:15

Is it filling?

I've tried hazelnut milk but felt like I was drinking skimmed milk at times. Wasn't good in my coffee either, it separates.

Incitatus · 12/10/2017 11:25

The cashew milk is the same consistency of semi skimmed.

I personally find the Almond milk is a little sweeter then normal milk, I like the almond breeze as it’s less nutty.

I buy the long life stuff and stock up on it when it’s on offer. So works out about £1 a carton.

We use it for so much now. Even he kids like it!

Pithivier · 12/10/2017 15:55

Who has it for £1, we pay £1.70 here

MrsRogerWaters · 12/10/2017 18:07

When Tesco do their multibuy offers.
It’s often 2 for £2, or 3 for £3.
I buy 10-20 at a time as they are long life
