I'm going to cook this whole roast cauliflower for dinner but what to have with it? They seem to serve it on it's own but I think it needs a side of something...tomato salad maybe?? What would you add?

There's really not that much to it. It's just cauliflower. You would need sone protein. I think that lentils would go well. You could do green lentils with runeric and caraway or puy lentils with caraway, anise, onions and celery. I would also want something green. Maybe some kale? Or a nice rocket pear salad?

I love doing roast cauli, I usually do it with

  • giant couscous, cooked with a handful of chopped dried apricots and flaked almonds

  • soy yoghurt and tahini dressing

  • green salad
