Catering for vegans- so pleased I cracked it

I was actually dreading having my relatives come to stay from abroad for 6 weeks of the festive period, but so pleased it worked out well.

I was cooking for 8 people every night, a couple don't think a meal is substantial without meat. No-one is big on dairy anyway so that was easy. It took some creativity, but we all sat down to eat the some meal. Omnivores had their meat and there were no "vegan options"

Oh sure, I wasnt sure as a meat eater that was in any position to give ideas.
My post I guess was aimed at meat eaters who are struggling with the idea of catering for vegans.
