Not a vegan but some things that are:
Leftover felafal in a sandwich
Marmite on bread/toast with salad and nuts

Err that's all I've got.

LaContessaDiPlump · 04/07/2017 15:50

Pasta and dairyfree pesto
Jacket potato with beans
Spaghetti hoops
Shepherds pie with lentils instead of mince
Daal
Chickpeas with tomato and a pinch of cumin/paprika
Vegan sausages, chips and peas

My kids like at least some of these!

Mymouthgetsmeintrouble · 04/07/2017 15:55

Tinned spaghetti and mushrooms on toast

CryingShame · 04/07/2017 15:59

waffles and beans. Add in veggie nuggets if they don't have egg in the coating.

Depends how adventurous the 4 year old is.

Blackbutler86 · 04/07/2017 16:05

My super quick go to meals are vegan sausages, sweet potato mash and baked beans or pasta with a ready made jar of sauce mixed in. I usually add in either soy mince or black beans to give it some protein and whatever veg I have left in the fridge.

ApricotExpat · 04/07/2017 19:25

Hidden vegetable soup - loads of veg whizzed up and cooked with some red lentils to give a hearty texture.

Mushrooms 'stroganoff' with rice.

Risotto

egg fried rice without any egg. lots of onions, sweetcorn, peas etc

rice noodles

roasted potato wedges with different dips

Loads of things!

Beans on toast, veggie fishfingers w peas and sweetcorn, jacket potatoes, lasagne, pasta and tom. sauce or pesto, pitta pizza...not the healthiest options but quick and simple!

Nemesia · 04/07/2017 20:04

Cheesy lentils- grate a carrot and finely chop a small red pepper, fry off in some oil. Add 4 tbspns of red lentils and enough water to cover. Cook until lentils are mushy. Stir in a couple of handfuls of grated vegan cheese (I like vbites white cheddar). Stir and serve with rice or poppodoms.

Beans on Toast
Bean and Cheese on a Jacket
Pasta and Jar Sauce/Pesto with Meatballs/Chicken or just with sauce.
Fish FIngers and Some microwavable potato with beans/peas/sweetcorn
Burger in a bun
Hotdog in a roll
Breaded Chicken with microwavable rice and sauce
Uncle Ben's Rice Time/Pasta Time
Soup and Bread
Toastie
Takeaway

All sorts depending on what we have in! I once let him eat leftover cake and ice cream

All the above are obviously substitutes and not real meat or cheese!

Quorn vegan fish fingers/breaded fillets/vegan nuggets/vegan spicy burgers

Defrost some Linda Mccartney sausages, squish into balls, grill, add dolmio and spaghetti

Pitta bread + tomato puree + vegan cheese (tesco dairy free mozzarella is amazing) + toppings = pitta pizza

Linda Mccartney sausage rolls (their vegan scampi is also really good)

POTATO SMILES. Always.

Holland and Barrett - VBites hot dogs/frozen mini pizzas/pasties

Thanks everyone! Thought this hadn't posted as page timed out. But clearly I was wrong.

I try not to use meat subs too much, but do always have a stock of lm sausages in the freezer!
