Vegan slow cooker toad in the hole

Has anyone tried this?!

It's a toad in the hole kind of day but we won't be back from kids' swimming lessons until 6 pm, by when it would be too late to start cooking.

So, has anyone successfully made a toad in the hole using the slow cooker?!

I've never heard of it but it sounds amazing!
