Anyone know where I can buy a vegan cake? I won't have time to make one, it's for my baby's 1st birthday and he has egg allergy?

Are you in London? Ms cupcake in Brixton make beautiful cakes and will send them out too.

Whole foods do a beautiful chocolate cake. It's amazing - everyone who's tried it loves it. But you have to order it the don't sell it over the counter any more :(

Try Free From aisle of any supermarket

Sorry to spam. If you live somewhere where there is a sizeable Hindu population, egg free cakes are the norm. Every cake shop round here is egg free, dairy is commonly used though.

Put a message on your local Facebook selling site and ask for recommendations for a registered home baker. Any of the should be able to make you an eggless cake.

Thanks everyone, will consider all these options. Was hoping for a supermarket option as limited budget. I expect getting one made will be pricey. Prob could make one if super easy recipe ........

I live in a city with a large Asian population and I've noticed several cake shops opening recently selling 'celebration' cakes and they make a big point about them being egg free in their advertising. cake box is one of them, it looks to be a franchise so there might be one near you.

It's really easy 1sttime

This recipe works well iirc it dries out quickly.

Ms cupcake recipes work brilliantly but I can't find the book...
