We have just booked a week here, did a haven holiday last year and kids loved it, it was a nice break from DH's work stress and good time out with the kids. Booked Hoseasons to see the difference really and they had a good deal on. Just wanted any opinions really.
staying in a 2 bed house there and not sure if they would provide stair gates or not?

Yes! We arrived back last Friday and it was great. We rented a 2 bed house, and hires a travel cot separately. House was great, really provided for, we have a 2 year odl so didn't really need a stair gate. Lots of provisions for self-catering. Village itself was fab, park good, swimming pool lovely for kids and a new soft play area indoors now open. We went to dairyland, which is about 5-10 mins by car, newquay is about 15-20 mins by car, padstow about 30 mins. All great.

ah thank you so much for that, it is good to know you had a good time, always scared when I read the reviews on theses places!

I rang today and they dont do stair gates but I may take a travel one as dd 19 months and I can see her wanting to challenge the stairs! They also told me they would accept a tescos delivery saves carting it down there!!!!

Dairy land sounds intresting! Is it a farm play area?

hi there, sorry didn't reply. Yes there is a lauderette there. There is a Morrisons about 10 mins drive away if you want to pop there when you get there. Have a fab time!

Hi jenwa,
We haven't stayed there but we loved dairyland!
My 4 year old ds thought it was fab. Lots of things to do... ball park, soft play and slides, Farm animals swings, trampolines (loved these as they had due them in so not worried about them falling off), zip wire, petting area and you get to watch the cows being milked.
Your ticket allows you to visit as many times as you like in one week so we went back to play in ball park.
