So we don't do caravan holidays anymore! I can't do camping, due to the old back.

Of course we do caravan holidays! We just got back from one ourselves. I enjoyed it, as did my ds, but I wouldn't describe it as having everything for the kids.

We went out on a lot of the days and were part of a large group so had plenty of company. Mt ds is 11 and wasn't impressed with the kids club (told old for it now I guess). But when we did a similar holiday 2 years ago he loved the very similar kids club, so possibly your ds would enjoy it.

We went here with this company:
www.parkholidaysuk.com/uk-holiday-parks-caravan-holidays-breaks/park-map
and went to winchelsea beach.

Outdoor pool, play area, gaming room (machines & video games), takeaway, kids club, bingo and evening entertainment with bar.

Camber sands close by (lovely sandy beach), pebbly beach just opposite, hastings near for seaside stuff and definitely recommend a day at knoxhatch
www.knockhatch.com/

Very enjoyable holiday, but wouldn't say that the site has everything for the kids, but depends what you want at the site I guess. We found it good but definitely needed to go and do other stuff in the day, even if it was just scooter along the sea wall, throw frisby at the park and paddle in the sea (all 2 mins walk across the road)

We went to the Abergele one with Park at Easter and that was very nice. DS1 enjoyed the soccer camp, swim school etc.

The best holiday parks we have been to are

Park Dean Trecco Bay: Fab pool with flumes, pirate ship, outdoor splash park, indoor (small charge) and outdoor play area, crazy golf and kids entertainment. Beach lovely

Vauxhall in Yarmouth: Excellent indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor playarea, kids entertainment, go karts, crazy golf.

Waterside in Dorset, as above but slightly small park and a mainly privately owned I think.

Not keen on Haven but do like Caister as is located on the beach has pool and entertainment but less rough than seashore.

For my children its all about the pools so if you know any good holdiay parks with pools let me know.
