Hi I am taking DS (4) and DD (18months) to Edinburgh in 10 days time and was wondering what there is to do soft play/family friendly pub wise. Also can anyone recommend a good chinese buffet?
Have done alot of the 'tourist' sites in the past and will be doing the zoo and the museum of childhood is there anything you would recommend for this age? Also a long time ago I read on here that Jenners on Princes Street have a lego pick n mix bar does anyone know if they still do DS is lego mad and would love to be able to take him if they still have it. Sorry for the questions TIA

There is a reasonable Chinese/Scottish buffet on South Bridge.

Jimmy cheungs chinese buffet very nice.

soft play at millys in ocean terminal good for that size, there is a wee one in dynamic earth but yours are probably borderline age wise for enjoying dynamic earth.

dunno re lego bar.

If you go to Portobello bowling/leisure centr there is a soft play for 1 to 4 year olds. £1.75 last time I went, really good. Phone before you go not always open.
