birthday surprise for hubby ... with ds 5 yr olds

want to surprise my hub with a nice w-end away...with our ds age 5! any ideas

Not been but have heard Crieff Hydro in Scotland is good as there is loads of childcare/activities. Could do a Centreparcs weekend, book DS on some activities if you want some adult time? Or just the coast, long walks on the beach, nice restaurant at night?
