Clippesby Hall - reviews anyone please?

Looking at a pine lodge for May/June half term week (or about 5 days anyway). For DH, 9 year old DS and 5 year old DD and me. Has anyone been there please?

I have been and love the place! Lots of reviews on ukcampsite (mine included) and all seem favourable.

Not too far from bewilderwood either!

But I would spend the rental money on a tent and book a pitch on Cedar lawn, then the kids can climb trees and make dens with all the other children instead of being isolated in a lodge.

thanks very much serinBrightside. Unfortunately DH will not do tents! It's a sore point with me.
