I'm going crazy trying to find a reasonably priced holiday for my family!

We would like to go to SW England (Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, no preference!)

Must be in the school holidays (no flexibility here I'm afraid)

We are mum, dad, 8yrs, 6yrs, 4yrs DD and we will have a newborn (10 weeks or so) plus a greyhound x obedient dog (he's tall which rules out a caravan for us)

We have approx £2000 and would ideally like to go for a fortnight if poss.

We want a fairly active holiday.

Don't have to be near beaches (as most beaches are closed to dogs anyway during the summer) but would like to be within driving distance of the sea/seaside towns etc.

Am I searching for a needle in a haystack o is this all achievable???

Many thanks ladies fo any suggestion x

We have just returned from a great family holiday in Wales and we were on a budget as well I can recommend the website that we used as it is very reasonable and some great special offers www.bestofwales.co.uk - good luck!
