Hi there I know that this is not the right location to post this but I am not sure where else to put it. We are going to Thornes Bay on the IoW in October (I know a long time away). We are going to stay at the holiday resort. Not sure if we need the entertainment passes or not. Anyone live near there or been there to advise on what there is to do and if you think the passes would be good. There will be 3 adults and 6 year old, 3 year old and an 11 month old. Thanks x

As good a place to put it as any but I'd try again with "Thornes Bay" in the thread title. Just in case it helps.

We're going to IoW too this year, so if anyone wants to post more general tips here, that would be very marvellous!

oooo so are we - paid for our ferry using clubcard points from tesco which is my tip.

When are you going mary?

I've booked the same park for May via the Sun and I paid for the passes. My limited experience of these places is that it can be nice to get out in the evening with the kids without going off site.

I wouldn't say the entertainment is especially worth the extra but there won't be anywhere else to get a drink onsite in the evening and your older two will probably like the kids section at the beginning of the evening.
