Isle of Wight ferries - cheapest in the summer?

Does anyone know (please) the cheapest car ferry to get to the Isle of Wight in the summer? Apparently they are very expensive... advice appreciated.

Also, while you're at it, can you recommend a good campsite? Probably more to the west side as I've heard this is a bit quieter.

Thanks!

IIRC we used Tescos points vouchers to pay for our ferry crossing. I think they're all fairyl similar WRT to price when taking a car.

Never camped there, but it's a lovely place to holiday - have a wonderful time!
