Hi

Ok we go to Whipsinade Zoo which is 5 minutes drive from Leighton Buzzard. You should be able to take the car in for free still at the moment so you don't pay any extra on top of entry. Although I would say the restaurant is small and always busy. Lots of seating outside but it's cold outside.

Other than that we go into MK Centre and tend to go to Giraffe or one of the places near the Ski Slope. They have one of those places where you can be blown up into the air by a large fan and you can take the kids for free to watch it happening to other people. Also can watch the ski-ing/sledging. Anyone can go and join in with the sledging.
