upmarket family hotel in Warwickshire/Midlands

Am looking to splash out on a 40th family gathering at a fancy hotel but nothing too stuffy as will have dc 5, 4, and 3yr olds! Was hoping an indoor pool (or use of nearby leisure facility) and not far from attractions/pretty villages/towns would keep all family (including grandparents) amused for the weekend.
Any suggestions gratefully received!
Thanks.

Ardencote Manor has been good for us in the past. Think it has a pool, nice grounds, close to Warwick, Kenilworth, Leamington and Stratford.

Worcestershire rather than Warwickshire but otherwise meets the description?

Thanks for the suggestions:
The Elms and the Fawsley are booked up but the Ardencote has availability and looks pretty good...Are the rooms a bit dated though? There aren't many piccies to show them. Anyone else been here?

Also considering New Hall Hotel but its a bit pricier - anyone know this one and/or have a view or other suggestions?

i believe Walton Hall in Wellesborne is good - rather grand though as it was described to me recently. Billesly Manor looks good but I was told it was a bit shabby.
