The booking appeared to go through, I received a confirmation of payment on 16 January, but still no confirmation of booking. I've emailed them twice, with no response. If I enter my priority code again, it says I have already used it.
The phone number help says not to phone until 15th, after closing of applications. I want to get on and book ferry and stopover hotel though! Should I phone anyway do you think?
