I am taking dh to Manchester for the weekend this month to celebrate him turning 40. We are off to teh veledrome for the evening as dh is a cycling crank, but what else should we do/see and any reccommendations as to where to eat please?
Dh has never been, I have only visited the city for work, never done the touristy stuff.
