And have budget of £500. Children would like to be near the sea (so would we ). I want it to be "proper" beach ie not pebbles. We're in Bedfordshire so probably not the north of Scotland but are pretty open minded to anywhere else .
Would prefer not to be somewhere with too much chinzyness (is that a word?) and would like a quite big bed for DH and me (we have a king sized one). DS and DD are 6 and 4.
