we need treating. Had awful year. There is me, dh ds1 who is 3.6 and ds2 is 13 months. Want to go in spring time, southern half of this country as we live in the south east and dont want too long in the car! We were looking at farm holidays but there are LOADS!! We want something special, that has everything we need, quite luxurious...

have stayed in Polclay, Pentree, Hydranga & Buddlia.

Would recommend Pentree or Buddlia (would only go for Buddlia over Hydrandga as the parking at Hydranga is pants, and Buddlia has a solid roof on the conservatory which is better if it rains).
Pentree is next to the soft play and has a washing machine which is great.

I really fancy Coliza (which is in the playground area).

not sure how annoying that would be being tooooo near the play area? Just thinking about other peoples kids (not a snob really!)

Pentree (next to the soft play) isn't an issue at all.
Can't comment on Coliza on the playground, but I wouldn't think it would be an issue.
