anyone stayed in a cottage in Suffolk that they could reccomend ?

Have you had a peek at www.suffolk-secrets.co.uk/ ? We stayed in a newly converted farm building the year before last called The Workshop in Wangford which was very nice - no garden though. Only a short drive to Southwold but a lot cheaper than staying there.

We stayed here.. www.bucksfarm-holidays.co.uk....would recommend it.. swimming pool a real bonus.

Lovely owners.. had a homemade cake and fresh eggs waiting for us!!

Only ten miles from Southwold.

Depends where you want to go in Suffolk really. I'm originally from Suffolk and we go every year for a week to do the round of the family. I've used this company Grove Cottages a lot but I don't stay near the coast.

belle , those cottages look lovely , I dont think I would go home ! Dont need the coast because we live on the coast.

I threatened squatters' rights in one once...! They are lovely. Not been in February but would be lovely if you get one with a nice fire even if it was just in the evenings for you and DH/DP.
