Fab holiday house wanted for May holiday - 6 adults and 2 x 2 year olds

Looking for a lovely holiday house for me, DP and DS (who will be 2), my sis and her family and my parents, to have a fantastic family week.

Ideally (but not essential) 5 bedrooms so children can each have own room.

Anywhere in England, Wales and midge free Scotland (if that exists in May)

Think budget will stretch to £1500 for the week.

How about one of these

Southclay, Abbotsham, North Devon - it has 5 bedrooms, a hot tub, swimming pool and tennis court
Torridge House Cottages, Little Torrington, Devon - bit more "farm" holiday type but also with a pool and their largest cottage has 5 bedrooms
or how about the Isle of Wight: Bermuda House, Ventnor, Isle of Wight

Just a thought, but if none of these suit I might have another couple of options.
