Hi, Im looking for a hotel to take DH in January for his birthday.
We can only go for 1 night so am looking for somewhere that we can just chill out. We will just spend the whole time in the hotel so would like nice food, nice bathroom(big bath), a spa or at least a pool.
Something like this but not as expensive.
Budget of £200 for B&B,
We live in Durham. Dont mind where, maybe a 2 hour drive max. We've been to the lakes and york area alot. Would quite like to try somewhere in scotland but not too bothered. The accomodation is the priority.
Would love something a bit different. Something along the lines of a castle etc
I've had a look at a few places but if anyone has any personal recommendations that would be good.
