Honeymoon destination with 19m/o in tow?

Hi,

DP and I are getting married next year and plan to take a 1 week/10 day honeymoon in the UK in early September, bringing DS with us, who will be 19 months by then.

Any suggestions of toddler-friendly places in the countryside, preferably with spa facilities nearby? I am looking on Baby Friendly Boltholes etc but would love any personal recommendations.

We initially thought Cornwall, but open to anywhere else in the UK - preferably in the South West.
