Brighton hotel - Thistle or Hilton or?

Looking for somewhere large and easy and with a pool for two nights with 3 y/o. Any thoughts gratefully received

the thistle is really nice. not stayed in the hilton, so can't tell you anything about that i'm afraid! but i def wouldn't hesitate to use the thistle again
