new forest or other, advice on great place to stay with kids???

Hi,

I'm looking for some ideas of great places to stay with children for a short beak in or around the new forest. I'm happy to hear of other areas too if you have any great tips!

We stayed at Hollands Park campsite about a mile north of Brockenhurst, really good site for kids and The Crown (might be Rose & Crown) has a good big beer garden too. I think there's bike hire in the town too.

We go to Shorefield and love it. The dc's REALLY love it! We take their bikes and scooters.
As a child my parents owned a mobile home there and I have so many happy memories.

It is clean and pretty and has 'nice' families staying there!!
It is more expensive than some other holiday parks but worth it imo.
