Cheap, but modern and nice b&b in blackpool?

i would like a cheap, but modern and nice b&b in blackpool, one on the side streets would be fine that could sleep 2 adults and a 3 yr old and an 18 month old?

Sound possible?

I think it would be better booking from recommendation than just blindly picking one. Ive found loads but dont know if ones better than the other!

Best we have stayed in was the Big Blue Hotel.

we stopped in the waverley hotel/bed and breakfast about 4 yrs ago. it was lovely then, it was owned by a family with a small child and as our dd was only 9mnths they couldn't do enough for us. they had parking out the front and the breakfast was lovely.

not sure if still the same owners as they were on about selling up and moving to france.

it was on a side street but very quiet.
