Or reasonable hotel, ideally close to town.
Many thanks!

What counts as reasonable? If you've got a budget I can recommend a few? (am a Tab) Do you need parking/to be near the train station?

Thanks jumpjockey - we cant afford to spend more than say £80 for weekend night and yes we do need parking and to be fairly central though not near the station.

I'd say give this place a try then - they're bang in the middle of town and friends who stayed for our wedding said it was lovely

Most of the central hotels are big expensive chains. There are lots of B&Bs on Tenison Road which is near the station but about a 10 minute walk into the centre of town, most should have parking available.

Thanks, tried them and they were booked but it did look nice.
Will look up Tenison Rd ones.
