CAn anyone recommend a nice pub for lunch not far off the M4 past Swansea, pref near Carmarthen

We are travelling down there on Saturday and need somewhere with a nice garden that allows dogs and children and decent food

we have been here in the past and it was quite good food. Don't know if dogs are allowed though!
