Contemporary country hotel near(ish) London £100 or less a night

Hi, can anyone recommend somewhere like this for a weekend break? we'll have DS with us who is 1. I hate dated chintzy places, tasteful antiques or modern would be fantastic.

We went to The Swan in Lavenham Suffolk last year. It's a fantastic old building but our room and the other hotel areas were comfortable modern (no chintz at all).
Lovely food too.....
