Fishing for small children in West Cornwall

We're going to Cornwall for a week with the inlaws at the end of next week (they're over from Oz), staying near Helston. It would be nice if FIL could take DS age nearly 5 fishing somewhere during the week - am thinking the sort of salmon/trout farm where you're guaranteed to catch something. Any ideas?
