2-3 days break with a 25 months old

Hello everbody,
My DH and I are planning to go somewhere with our DS next weekend, probably from Friday. Any hotel suggestions will be appreciated. We are looking for a place which is very toddler friendly and as luxorious as possible at the same time. We dream somewhere with big big gardens around to run and maybe a playground as well. And lots of activities to keep our unstoppable DS busy.

I'm sorry I am no help at all as I have 3 (9,4 and 2) and we never have holidays but

MollieO, we are in Hampshire and do not want to lose too much time in car. So somewhere in the south would be better
